Lead developer JAVA

As part of the development of our project team, we are looking for a Lead Developer, to support our development teams in the realization of customer projects.

• Supervise the technical project: control of the good progress of developments, definition of the guideline, technical choices, methods to be used;
• Support and manage the know-how of its technical team;
• Solve technical problems encountered by the teams;
• Ensure the quality of the code of the software programs developed;
• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using the latest development best practices.
• Be the referent in terms of code, put in place best practices, and verify the actions carried out by his team
• Work in interdisciplinary teams to continuously deliver the highest quality software to our customers.
• Keep a constant watch on technological developments;
• Be responsible for coding specific parts of the program
• Ensure the quality of the code using analysis tools and automatic code
• Guarantee the respect of the imposed deadlines
• Respect the allocated budget
• Set up tests / acceptance

Graduated from an engineering school or a Master in Computer Science, you have at least 5 years of experience in software development, ideally in JAVA and also expertise in Font-End development.

You have worked in an interdisciplinary team, and are able to understand all the phases of the development of a project.
